STEP 1 - CREATING A 3D MODEL
Our jewelry designer will sketch a 3D model of your future piece either based on a photograph or simply from your verbal description. If you wish, you can observe the process online and provide input for the perfect result.
Once the 3D model is created, we will determine the cost of the jewelry and the exact manufacturing timeframe. If necessary, we can adjust the parameters of the piece to fit your budget.
For the production of rings, bracelets, and necklaces, please provide your size. If you are unsure about your size, feel free to use detailed instruction guide.
STEP 2 - GEMSTONES SELECTION
For the same piece of jewelry, various precious and semi-precious gemstones with different characteristics can be used. This directly influences the price of your future accessory.
Naturally, creating a piece with natural diamonds will cost more than using cubic zirconia, but their aesthetic properties will be identical.
Remember, beautiful doesn’t always mean expensive!
STEP 3 - CREATING A WAX MODEL
Using a state-of-the-art machine, we carve a three-dimensional wax model of the jewelry. The properties of wax allow us to preserve the finest details during casting in gold (or other metals), making it ideal for crafting even the most intricate jewelry pieces.
Once we ensure the perfection and complete alignment of the wax model with your vision, we proceed to the casting process.
STEP 4 - METAL CASTING
For casting in gold (or another metal), the wax model is placed in a specialized casting mold capable of withstanding high temperatures. The molten metal is then poured into the mold and instantly solidifies, transforming the wax model into a gold piece.
Finally, we separate the finished piece from any auxiliary elements, meticulously polish each facet, and hand it over to our jeweler-mounters.
STEP 5 - SETTING THE GEMSTONES
The process of setting and securing gemstones is meticulous handiwork that cannot be entrusted to machines.
Using precision jeweler’s tools, we prepare the piece for gemstone setting. Large stones are secured with bezels, which, after careful processing, seamlessly become an integral part of the jewelry.
Gemstone setting requires the skilled touch of a jeweler. The artistic integrity of the future piece hinges on this crucial stage.
STEP 6 - POLISHING AND RHODIUM PLATING
To achieve its distinctive shine, the piece is polished using jeweler’s tools and meticulously worked with files.
Next, we eliminate all micro-scratches and imperfections, polishing the piece using abrasive materials and pumice.
Jewelry made of white gold and silver is additionally coated with a layer of rhodium to enhance the noble gleam of the metal.
STEP 7 - BRINGING IT TO PERFECTION!
The finished piece undergoes a delicate final polish using soft buffs. Diamonds and other gemstones reveal their full spectrum of brilliance.
If you wish to verify the hallmark, we will send the jewelry for testing and hallmarking at the Federal Assay Office.
Before handing it over, our master conducts a final inspection of your jewelry. The completed piece can be collected from our store.
